These are the terms and conditions for the FASEEH courses

  1. Scope

    2. These terms apply to purchases of services, such as Video Class, Audio Class, Written Books, etc. Sold to any person or entity “You” through this website “Faseeh”

  2. Order

    3. You confirm that all information provided by You when placing an order is up-to-date and accurate to fulfill Your order

  3. Payment

    4. Payment shall be made before service delivery and by such methods that are indicated on the Website

    We will charge credit or debit cards online, right after the order is placed and the credit card information is verified.

  4. Downloadable Materials

    5. The video lessons included in courses are NOT downloadable. FASEEH will not be responsible for your ability to access these video lessons via the internet. We reserve the right to vary or withdraw any of the Services described on the Website without notice.

  5. Creating a User Account to Use the Service

    • You agree to create a User Account with “Faseeh” in order to use the Service.
    • Your User Account will permit you to login to “Faseeh” to manage your User Account, make use of our services and to manage other details involving your relationship with “Faseeh”.
    • You agree to keep confidential and secure any username or password used to access your User Account.
    • You agree that you will only use your User Account on “Faseeh” for the purposes of using the Services and for no other purpose.
    • We reserve the right to cancel your User Account if you use your User Account in a fraudulent or illegal manner, or email or send any materials from your User Account which are offensive, unlawful, harassing, libelous, defamatory, abusive, threatening, harmful, vulgar, obscene or otherwise objectionable.

  6. You may not

    1. Copy, modify, reproduce, re-publish, sub-licence, sell, upload, broadcast, post, transmit or distribute any of the Course Materials without prior written permission from FASEEH
    2. Record on video or audiotape, relay by videophone or other means the Online Courses provided by FASEEH
    3. Use the Course Materials in the provision of any other course or training
    4. Remove any copyright or other notice of FASEEH on the Course Materials
    5. Modify, adapt, merge, translate, disassemble, decompile or reverse engineer any software forming part of the Online Courses.

    Breach by you of this clause 6 shall allow us to immediately terminate these terms and conditions with you and cease to provide you with any Services, including but not limited to access to the Online Courses.

  7. License

    8. In consideration of the Fees paid by you, we grant to you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the Course Materials and the software in respect of the Online Course for the sole purpose of completing the Online Course and/or attending the Taught Course.

  8. Liability

    9. Under no circumstances and no legal theory, contract, or otherwise, shall “Faseeh” be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits results from using the services purchased through us.

  9. Consent

Your use of “Faseeh” services, confirms your acceptance of the terms and conditions set forth above and agree that “Faseeh” is not liable and all its officials, employees, and customers on any compensation claims, damages, costs or obligations of any kind that were not included in the Refund Policy
