Learn the words that are important to you
Did you know? In the Arabic language dictionary there are more than 120,000 words … 70,000 words of them are widely used, you can find them in books, magazines, the Internet and in dialogues in television programs, films and series
But do you need to memorize 70,000 words to master the Arabic language? Of course not!
So, how do you choose which words you should learn?
If you are a beginner or an intermediate level student, find a good curriculum that introduces you to the basic vocabulary in the Arabic language.
And if you are at an advanced level in Arabic: Study the vocabulary that serves your purpose of learning Arabic. Don’t focus on studying or memorizing other vocabulary words. That’s to say; communication is your goal? Then, focus on words of everyday life and social activities such as: wardrobe/bus line/bargaining. Focus on common phrases to use in communication as well, such as: thank you/ by the way / Enjoy your meal / how nice! And so on.
And if your goal is politics, you should focus on vocabulary such as elections / union activity / / bilateral relation srepresentatives and others
How do you learn these vocabulary words? find resources in the field of your study. Read articles or books Online magazines. Listen to podcasts, songs related to your specialty.
Simply study and make an effort to learn the words that are important for you. only the words that serve your purpose.

تعلم الكلمات المهمّة بالنّسبة لك في قاموس اللغة العربيّة هناك أكثر من 120000 (مائة وعشرين ألف كلمة) .. 70000 (سبعون ألف كلمة)منها مستخدمة على نطاق واسع، تجدها في الكتب والمجلات والانترنت وفي الحوارات في البرامج التلفزيونية والأفلام والمسلسلات
لكن هل تحتاج إلى حفظ 70 ألف كلمة لتتقن الغة العربية بالطبع لا
إذن كيف تختار المفردات التي يجب ان تدرسها؟
إذا كنت في المستوى المبتدئ أو المتوسط فابحث عن منهج جيّد يقدِّم لك
. المفردات الأساسيّة في اللغة العربية
وإذا كنت في المستوى المتقدّم : ادرس المفردات التي تخدم هدفك من دراسة اللغة العربية. لا تركز على دراسة أو حفظ المفردات الأخرى. يعني: هل هدفك هو التواصل؟ إذن ركِّز على مفردات الحياة اليومية و الانشطة؟ الاجتماعيّة مثل: خزانة / خط الباص/ مفاصلة وركّز أيضاً على العبارات التواصلية مثل يعطيك العافية / على فكرة / صحتين / يا سلام ! وهكذا.
وإذا كان هدفك هو السياسة، عليك التركيز على مفردات مثل الانتخابات / العمل النقابي/ النواب/ العلاقات الثنائية وغيرها
كيف تحصل على هذه المفردات؟ ابحث عن موارد خاصّة بالمجال الذي تريده .. اقرأ مقالات أو كتب خاصة بالمجال الذي تستهدفه، استمع إلى بودكاست أو أغاني أو أفلام أو برامج لها علاقة بتخصصك
ببساطة تعلّم وابذل جهداً في دراسة الكلمات التي تهمّك .. فقط الكلمات التي تخدم هدفك
